Solution for Paint and Grease Removal on an Industrial Machine Base

This video demonstrates Bescutter’s 1500-watt continuous laser cleaner, removing grease and paint from an industrial machine base. Laser cleaning significantly reduces the manual cleaning required for applied solvents, wire brushing or abrasive blasting. The laser cleaning technique is precise, easy to use, and eliminates the disposal of solvents if hand-cleaned, or dust, if abrasive blasted.

The 1500-watt model is also effective for the removal of rust, powder coating, paint and adhesives, achieving removal rates of 6 to 10 square feet per minute. All models are equipped with an integrated trigger blow-off nozzle to remove spent-dust from the workpiece target area and enhance the focus of the laser beam onto the workpiece. All Bescutter laser cleaners can be integrated with robotic systems or existing material-handling equipment.
