BesCutter 2000-Watt Laser Cleaning Solution for Rust Removal on Overhead Rebar

This video demonstrates Bescutter’s most popular 2000-watt continuous laser cleaner, removing overhead rust from rebar inside a commercial garage that is being refurbished. This type of cleaning is preferred by construction experts for superior bonding of the concrete to the rebar. Laser cleaning eliminates the residual sand blasting debris, is cleaner for the environment, and minimizes dust exposure for the operator. The laser process also increases productivity in the refurbishment preparation of an area.

The 2000-watt model is very effective for the removal of rust, adhesives, powder coating, and paint, achieving removal rates of 6 to 10 square feet per minute. All models are equipped with an integrated trigger blow-off nozzle to remove spent-dust from the workpiece target area and enhance the focus of the laser beam onto the workpiece.

Machines are furnished with a digital display for various cleaning requirements and a chiller for larger models to maintain laser temperature. The 2000-watt model is furnished with 30 feet of working cable, which can be extended to 50 feet, and a 2-to-3-foot focal length from the laser head to the workpiece. All machines use a 100% duty cycle and are virtually maintenance-free with a periodic, twenty-dollar lense change required.
